Automotive supplier Plastic Omnium, wanted to celebrate the grand opening of its new $110 million production facility in Metro Detroit. Elevate Production Group was game to help in event management and event production.
Solution
Plastic Omnium wanted to both showcase the new facility and broadcast remarks from the company’s leadership in France. Elevate Production Group provided event management in partnership with Franco Public Relations Group to build a large-scale, clear-span tent, complete with flooring, heating and cooling systems.
Once the infrastructure was in place, event production design began. As the event management provider, Elevate Production Group managed the multiple trussing systems throughout the tent which provided hang points for the required lighting, audio and projections systems.
Results
The grandest grand opening. The afternoon reception, luncheon and guided tour welcomed 300 guests and attracted much media and community attention.
